Sunday and Dave had the plan ready. Dave, Coop, Paul, Steve, Norm, Troph and X-ray departed KPIT on time.
KPIT - Thats me in the middle (the little dot just above the runway) It was my first flight in the "vFlyteAir" Piper TwinComanche, a full stop was required at KBTP in order to make some adjustments to the aircraft. Ready to depart. Touch & Go complete at KAXQ. KSEG - Crosswind everywhere we go. Stormy weather as we closed in on our destination (KHZL). Before a departure, Coop had warned us that we would be running into rain. Just another crosswind landing. X-Plane 12 / vFlyteAir" Piper TwinComanche X-ray

that flight must have seen us fly through the strongest winds ive seen since back in the day when we flew in \Japan and some bloke named Dave had us routed over the top of Fuji only problem being the winds were that strong we ended up being flown backwards. yes some nice 30 plus knot winds on this flight and plenty of crosswind arrivals and departures made for a great couple of hours
