on Plan G inin Halifax Nova Scotia there is an airfield shown as CYAV
how ever in 2020 its not listed
now heres the good bit its listed in PlanG
fly from the grass strip at CCF4 tracking using PlanG and you will find CYAV
just dont try landing in the dark and be careful very careful having a nosy around on the ground
the main runways have had the asphalt ripped up so you land on a very undulating surface
and be extra careful on the taxi ways there be big holes as i found out
flipped my cesna even with its back country tyres

that is not shown in MSFS but is on Plan G
it is obvious from your investigation that the code was reissued to the airfield Manitoba

take a look and fly into the one i was on about you will have an interesting time landing and taxiing
