Hey Coop. Teach me how to "direct to" in MSFS. Can this be done without pausing the sim or jumping back to the "map" page? In the meantime here is the list of airports (F/P is in .PLN, by the way, which MSFS 2020 reads).
KWHP - Whiteman KOXR - Oxnard KSBA - Santa Barbara KIZA - Santa Ynez KSMX - Santa Maria KSBP - San Luis Obispo County (where we stop for a break) KPRB - Paso Robles CA88 (Q98 in FSX) San Ardo KKJC - Mesa Del Ray KMRY - Monterey
P3D 4.5 has Q98 as probably also does FSX. It is just the old versus new. I unzip Dave's flight plan into Little navmap and export it to MSFS where it is saved as .PLN and ready to roll.
Cheers, my friend and great to have you back in the air with us.

Thanks steve i dont use the msfs map , its useless except i guess for seeing other players locations, all my favorite planes can use the free version of the PMS 50 gtn750 pms50.com/msfs/downloads/gtn750-basic/ I dont pause the sim , after a touch and go when able i just do the direct to function punch in the ICAO and hit enter and it gives you heading and distance , very simple , that GPS is so intuitive and easy to use compared to the carenado/asobo gns530 simulation , i guess i can talk you through it anytime , you can probably figure it out yourself if you fiddle with the gauge yourself , so easy grandma can do it ...lol see ya tomorrow

KOXR is very interesting in MSFS 2020 looks like they have blown up the buildings on the righthand side when you land its all pile of concrete even evidence of a blue airframe crushed under the debris

He came from behind and zipped by my left window. I decided to see if he would do that again and watched him circle around on my VFR GPS, and i caught him on the prowl. I took a couple of shots as he approached from behind. This time he went right through me. Thanks for your screenshots COOP.
